Alcohol and Drug Policy

Alcohol and drugs are substances that affect the central nervous system of the user, disrupting their mental and physical balance, leading to physical and psychological dependence, and causing economic and social collapse on a personal and societal level. Sasadem Defense aims to raise social awareness and eliminate the negative effects of alcohol and drugs immediately. For this reason, it informs its employees that consuming alcohol or drugs while working may cause:

• Slow reaction time,
• Weakness in perceiving environmental cues,
• Poor eye tracking,
• Impaired perception of time and place, which are factors that increase the risk of accidents.

It informs its employees that the side effects of some prescription drugs may have a narcotic effect and therefore negatively impact work performance, and ensures that prescriptions are approved by the company doctor. Sasadem Defense commits to providing periodic training, conducting inspections and controls to effectively implement the Alcohol and Drug Policy, and prohibits employees from working under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or drugs that have a narcotic effect.
