Ethical Rules

The SASADEM DEFENSE code of ethics is a set of principles that regulate the relationships among company employees as well as with society, while also shaping the internal culture of conduct within the company. The code of ethics has been established to enhance service quality within the company, ensure the effective use of resources, prevent unfair competition, and regulate relationships with employees. It is also the most important element in enhancing the company’s reputation and ensuring the continuity of stability and trust within the organization. Sasadem Defense monitors compliance with the following ethical rules and ensures audits are carried out to verify adherence.

Regarding Legislation

  • Compliance is ensured with all national and international laws, regulations, and internal company rules.
  • All reports and records are kept in accordance with national and international accounting standards.
  • In relations with shareholders, all applicable laws, regulations, and rules are observed, and the protection of shareholder rights is safeguarded.

Regarding Employees

  • A fair, healthy, and safe working environment is created.
  • Equal opportunities are provided to employees without discrimination, both in recruitment and career development.
  • Attention is paid to employing a sufficient number of staff appropriate to the workload; working hours and regular leave are monitored.
  • Employees’ legal rights arising from applicable laws are fulfilled on time and in full.

Regarding Corporate Governance Principles

  • In all services and operations, information is provided to stakeholders in a clear, accurate, transparent, timely, and complete manner.

Regarding Conflicts of Interest

  • A Sasadem employee, their family, or a relative is prohibited from using the employee’s position within the company to gain personal benefit, or from forming close relations with persons or organizations that may benefit from the employee’s decisions or access to confidential information.
  • During their duties, employees are expected to protect the interests of the company and avoid any actions or behaviors that may result in personal gain for themselves or their relatives.
  • All necessary measures are taken to prevent conflicts of interest.
  • Regulations have been established to prevent insider trading.
  • No employee may derive personal benefit from company operations; company assets, information, and positions cannot be used for personal interests or to compete with the company.

Regarding Social Responsibility and the Environment

  • All activities are conducted in line with social benefit and respect for the environment.
  • Care is taken to protect the environment in all activities, and periodic audits are conducted, with results disclosed to the public.

Regarding the Protection and Proper Use of Company Assets

  • Our employees must protect company assets and ensure their efficient use. All company assets must be used solely for business purposes.
  • Information is one of our most critical asset categories. To ensure that information assets are protected according to their importance, value, and sensitivity, all employees are required to comply with Sasadem Defense’s information security policies and procedures.

Regarding Public Disclosure Principles

  • All communications with investors, financial analysts, members of the press, and similar parties are conducted within the framework of the company’s “Disclosure Policy.”
  • Except for designated departments, no employee may make verbal or written statements on behalf of Sasadem Defense.

  • They pay utmost attention to compliance with ethical rules and report any violations to the relevant authorities so that necessary measures can be taken.
  • They behave with restraint and consideration in their relationships with one another.
  • They support auditors in carrying out their duties and provide the necessary resources and assistance when required.
  • Employees and managers apply the principles of the code of ethics in all their work. These rules apply to all internal and external communication, including the internet and e-mail.
